LOL slave labor, like you are forced to be an admin, most players would die to be an admin and not be a player, get real.
as for your paycheck, being an admin is still pretty much playing a game, even if your "creating & developing" it, its still a game, and im guessing you enjoy it too, especially if your a PR, sorry, what you do is not a real job NOR is it any kind of labor, and you can just stop doing it whenever you please, if you find a job where you get paid to play a game, let me know.
i still believe if you are lucky enough to become staff, you should focus on being staff.
