It's not the weather effects. That would only be clientside lag, not the server. If you have issues with that, toggle the less lag option on in your player options.
I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but we're looking for it whenever it happens so we can fix it. FIXIN' PROBLEMS, YAS.

I have less effects on, but for some reason start is
just too laggy for me, otherwise everything else is fine. And this was still a problem for me way before the seasons changed.
