If you want to do cardio aswell, do some HIIT-Cardio after your work out for 30 minutes, once a week only though. Even if you want to get ripped, once a week should be totally fine - saving time, too.
Personally, I would go with 60-80% carbs and 10-20% for proteins and fat. If you want me to, I'll explain that once l am home.
@Nanners, getting a sixpack is only about 25% workouts, you'll have to watch your eating behaviour which makes up about 50%, and the other 25% is cardio. I wouldn't want to go being ripped if I didn't visit the gym for a good 6 months though, else you'll may end up just looking way too skinny.

It's different for everybody. You don't necessarily have to follow an eating plan. I maintain an 8 pack and still eat brownies and cookies as much as I can lmao. And the other thing, I don't run. Well, sort of. I do when I go to MMA, but that's for warm ups.
