Problem is that people tend to see doctors as servants (many people do) and them making a mistake or having to do something that the patient doesn't likes makes the patients think they are evil and doing it on purpose, which is what I think it sucks. Heard about a friend's mother who was complaining too much and was about to sue the doctors because they had to move her to a wheelchair but moving her legs hurts her. In this case, who wins tbh? Courts give more credit to the patient's complaints than the doctor's words, at least in my crappy law system.
