the old idea of allowing people to create their own hats and submitting it to coco was a pretty cool idea and the main reason why many people towered.
since the rewards for towering stopped. It would also be pretty cool to see another type of competition that allows people to create their own hat as a prize. or even paying a big amount of graalats to submit his/her own hat. Because tbh the 1ks hats were quite creative and unique to all the other hats that are shown in the hat shops and even gst hats.
I hope the 'new system' allows people to submit hats as a prize.
