The one problem with the basing rotation ive noticed is all the little gangs are dead now for example suicide squad used to get 20 hrs a week now they get 20 min a week 4 may help it or itll just create another gang to hog up the hours or silence would just dbl on it all day which i aint complaining if thats the case.

What they could do going back to your idea to make it 4 open is add a new base on indian side cause having 2 close does create caos when it comes to the two gangs trying to get a different base
