The problem is there aren't any GP's besides iherc who actually understand what speeding and other hacks look like. Often when you ask a GP (like me asking dual to come and deal with a bunch of speeders on the same guild tag in the right GS room and never actually getting a reply or any help to begin with) you will never receive any help at all unless they are active and willing to listen to your issue.

Hiring people based off a personality test is one of the most pointless things you can do to find the right people, when you consider that you could literally make up anything about yourself and submit it as an answer. (tl;dr the application you fill out is terrible)

For an example of how easy it is to lie about yourself and how you'd deal with certain situations look at past bad GP's (only a minor group but still a very good example) Soren, Yuri, Raina and Andromeda.

I feel the best way to find a good GP with game knowledge and experience is to find them for certain areas of the game, having a GP like iherc that knows a thing or two about what someone cheating looks like even if it isn't blatant is really helpful when it comes to dealing with people who cheat to take advantage of others.
