I got a new wired mouse because my wireless one would act all weird and I got sick of it dying on me. While I got used to it for playing LoL, I still haven't managed to adjust in OSU . It sucks because I just recently got better at "fast" songs where I gotta press a lot ever since I learned to use 2 fingers for the z and x key. I used to be good at hitting notes far away from each other, but now I suck because I'm not used to the new mouse.

@talon How long did it take you to get used to using a tablet, or did you start with it? I'm rank ~40k but I only play w/ a mouse/keyboard. I got a tablet today and not sure if I should try to learn on that or stay w/ a mouse. I think I've set up the tablet area and stuff alright, I still have alright accuracy but can't keep any combos |

Swapping from mouse to tablet is obviously gonna be tough at first, but just give it time and you'll adjust to it.

Larger area is more physically taxing since you use your arm and wrist but allows for more precision and accuracy. I prefer smaller areas, where I cover the whole screen using only about 75% of my whole wrist movement range. I play jumpier maps and jumpy maps favor smaller areas imo
