tbh i want VR, but i think it wouldnt be the same, you would have to stand up and walk around, you would need a special big room so you dont trip and break a hip.

Am I the only one who isn't super hyped for VR?

Never really appealed to me.

But seeing all these companies coming out with their own VR gear shows how much this is going to be like the new console wars.

I'm looking forward to a lot of simulations rn. Of course the one that crosses all of our minds first, as well as the surgeon simulator, visiting cool places in the world, driving, and a lot more. So many possibilities, not sure how anyone could possibly be against VR.

Most of its applications just happen to be educational, not recreational. Is that not enough to convince you of its usefulness?

Just saw that there's this Apollo 11 VR game and it's pretty amazing. VR is progressing so fast.  

I really don't actually believe virtual reality is the "future" of video games. I really doubt it. I think it will grab more of a casual audience, though.. Not that that's a bad thing. But I don't see it becoming a standard within my lifetime.  

I would buy virtual reality, if it did not look like a brick strapped to your face.  

It's going to be like all new tech. I can stand to wait for it to either die down in price, or make such a huge advancement that it's impossible to not get.

The price isn't too bad, you just need to have a high-end PC which restricts a lot of potential customers.

I think it will, but not for a while. Console has already added VR btw, so let's see if that sways your opinion.
