Pfft. You have no idea how it works do you? You don't go to court unless the other party wants to challenge the infringement claim, If eurocenter got a cease and desist or something of that nature they would delete the graphic. No way they would go to court to keep a little personal upload.

LMAO! Here's exactly how it works. You send the cease and desist letter. Maybe they take it down, maybe they don't. If they don't, what's your next step? Answer: YOU initiate a copyright-infringement lawsuit in the country in which Eurocenter is based. Good luck with that!

My point is that talking about head stealing and graphic stealing is ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is saying that "they must take it down under the law!" You have absolutely no recourse, so just stop.

I'M SAYING YOU WOULDN'T GO TO COURT. Do you think that things magically get into court by themselves??? YOU have to file a complaint against Eurocenter. YOU would never do it.

Filing a claim for copyright is a highly complex and expensive endeavor. Especially in another country. Stop kidding yourself.

But threatened to get sued, Eurocenter would see that it's a waste of time and money and just delete the graphic.
