Enough said.  

The server is not only updated when sales are down. The content is made by volunteers who do it for free, so its added whenever people feel like making content.  

julius and yephenpeace are awesome, they always do their jobs, never turn friends only on and really nice people. yes some admins are terrible but some are helpful and actually make a difference to the server  

Trigger got a job or something in real life and never had time for graal. I wouldnt say quit but yeah  

Fairly low considering I still haven't had an account transfer after like 2 months of emailing them...

Gelats isn't real money and if you're working for a company that is out to make money employees should be paid. There is a difference in volunteering for a elderly home and volunteering for an online gaming company that is out to make money.

They aren't employees, they are volunteers...
Since they ARE getting Galats, they are employees.
Fake money or not, Galats are worth real currency if they can be paid for by real currency...

Ok ya... I hate to say it, but classic is going downhill. :/ yes Era is sorta "better" (note: i dont play era, nor will i ever), but classic will remain the dominent server. All the good things in era really need to be integrated into classic... Development team really does do a great job, but there needs to be new ideas. Ideas that will keep players interested (like i think the daily 75 Pyrat eyepatches for 1000 gralats is good idea) for more than one week (*cough* CTF... Archery... Ya those didnt last long...)

Lol Era will Pass Classic fool. Era had 300 classic would have like 1800 now classics like 1200-1300 and era is almost right there too lol. Era will eventually pass classic do to way better content. Plus almost all admins on era do there job good.

You should really list all staff members (at least all non-GPs). Just like BurgerBatman. He doess an awesome job aswell and you didn't even mention a word about him.  

Solution: make scripting/LATing tutorials here on the forums for those who already have some basic knowledge of the scripts and have an interest in those positions. I'm sure the graalians.com forum would produce incredibly amounts of user-submitted content, most of it would be pretty awful at first, that's a given, but with time I'm sure some gems would appear and the game would be better off in the long run.

Nobody knows every single staff member.

But everyone knows staff members which are around for a long time and which made some awesome stuff. And I'm sure that twilit is around iClassic for more than just 1 month.

If you send in an application, do an interview, and get hired how is that volunteering? You are now employed under the company. I've never heard of a company paying staff in virtual unreal currency.
