It already downloads the update automatically within the application. I think there should be a "what's new in this update" page.  

That seems rather boring, why not just make the application download it and let the user choose where to save it?
Anyway just another update on Graal Viewer, it now loads faster (As it checks for an update instead of hogging the application and freezing it).
You can also register you're copy and in addition you can also right click the character to save an image of it.a
You can read more about it here.  

You should definitely add multiple graphics at once. (Head, body, hat)  

Do you mean dragging like heads and bodies and hats at the same time? if so you already can.
When you drag an image on to it, the program loops through all the files being dragged. if they are images it processes them.

I was thinking of doing this but haven't really gotten around to it. I will definitely add it in the next update.

16 x 16 I think. It'll have to be converted into an .ico though.

You can use this to convert it if you're going for it though <3
