Leveling is easier than you think. You never want to say the following, "I didn't put a lot of time into my levels, that's why they're not good"; That clearly shows you're not fit for iEra. Your best chance of getting hired is to practice. Practice on one level for a couple of days. Add stuff, remove stuff, change things- keep on improving the level until it's perfect for you, and others. One thing you never want to do is rush a level unless absolutely necessarily.

Coming from a person who I haven't seen an "astonishing" level, or even anything that great. You got potential. . . Take your time. Practice makes perfect... In my case it took me four months of using Era's tileset to get hired on iEra.

For one, I'm not capable of doing such a powerful, and immature task. Plus I'm sure there'd be legal issues with that one, so I in fact, was not going to hack no server. Might have just been some rumor though.. like a bunch of other ones that went around..

oh and there will not be an application this go round for hiring seeing how poorly the last batch turned out. People will be picked based on how they act in game rather than what they say/lie about in an email.
