Christmas shouldnt be a holiday. It's winter solstice, or just winter, Santa, gifts, snow, the evergreen. Tree, mistletoe, eggnog, all have nothing to do with Christ or christianity, its not a Christian holiday really, it's more of a regular holiday, Easter, Easter bunny, eggs, candy, spring, flowers, again, nothing to do with Christianity, Spring, winter, summer, fall, That's what the holidays are really about now, no need to keep religion interfereing with it, christianity didn't even start all those holidays, most of it is taken from other holidays, from unrelated stuff, and other cultures . |

Christmas is a Pagan tradition practiced by various relgious interpreted in different lights... So Graal's "Winter Holiday" captures the essence in a practical and broad way. Also, Graal's Easter event in a nutshell is the secular celebration presented. Your points aren't adding up for the use of backing up a Ramadan event... |

Tou Che, Jester-San. Anyway, Christmas probably started out as a Christian holiday... But it's become a synonym for the winter holiday season. And like a coin, Christmas has two faces: religious, and commercial. What sells better? Christ or Santa? Santa. |

As much as it would seem so that's not true Christ was born in October....... And cristmas was made by the roman king Constantine who was pegan almost his whole live and wanted to honor his sun god to by mixing it in Christmas is not in the bible at all Passover the feast of trumpets and others are Easter is also not in the bible and I won't even say where that came from......... |

Ramadan is kinda like Chritsmas for Christians, Ramadan is the month when the holy Quraancame down to the prophet from god. It's a very special occasion. |
