If I were a guild leader and I stopped playing Graal, I definitely would not want someone else ruining the name of my guild, especially someone I never gave permission to do so. Perhaps my personal thought process blocks a more objective view Tyler takes on the subject, but I still see no reason a new player should get first say as to what happens to an older guild once left to die. You can't always assume the leader would be OK with a resurrection, and you can't just assume the leader had specific reasons the guild should completely die. In the case of PULSE, I know firsthand that there was supposed to be no recreation of the guild at all, as directed by the leader. Although, people couldn't resist, so they made another guild anyway..

My situation is completely different, however. The leader of the guild I need leadership transferred from is a "non-VIP" account of mine before I sold my iPod. Nobody will ever log on, and I really don't want to wait a good year or so to regain the guild (which I was holding for someone in the first place, doubt they want to wait for it either). This is a different situation in which I believe the person asking for the guild reserves the right to lead. Inactive guilds are never the same, similar treatment is hardly possible..

I really hate playing favorites, but it's really hard to treat a guild that was made and never used and a guild that was made and got 4,000 hours and retired the same. It's just impossible for me. I'm honestly fine with how it is right now I guess. Just scratch my argument.

Which guild was that? There was no recreation of PULSE from the actual PULSE members. Anyway, in your case, wouldn't an account transfer suffice? In Equinox's case, I'm not sure. I think we all want to see him get the guild, but whether that would be right or not I'm unsure about, it's in a fairly grey area.  

Julius told me to fill out a classic account problems page but I'm a little unsure because this isn't really a account problem.

What I said to him was that I was trying to success frost and said I was co-leader and he told me put the info with co leader account there

There was a few guilds in memory of PULSE, like PULSE<3 for example. I never actually followed them, so I don't actually know their accomplishments. The idea of "the legacy continuing" or something along those lines remains constant, however.. Not a fan..

Regarding my situation, I guess an account transfer would work. I mean, I have no way to get into the guild, or log onto the other account. And nothing actually needs to be traded on the account besides leadership, which is possible to trade while keeping both accounts stable. I don't want things to get messy....

PULSE<3 was made by Rogue I'm pretty sure, it was just so the guild could stick together without being in PULSE.

I believe they pushed him into it in the end, but he deliberately made it an entirely new guild simply because PULSE was finished. I think this whole discussion is just the stirring of the thoughts of respect for the past leaders.. If all guilds should get the same treatment, I would say nobody should ever lose their guild for being inactive.. The fact that people want names already taken is simply a lack of originality in my opinion..

Start from here "My problem is not listed here. " Explain the issue about the leader of the guild you are trying to obtain being offline over an extended period of time and be exact about the amount of days he's been offline. Follow up from there and list some questions you may be stuck on here.
