They probably will, cuz snk is currently trying to expand on the gang system, and in the idea for graffiti it's stated that it would be for gangs to spread their name around and pick fights with gangs they don't like(I.e. spraying over all of ebizou's graffiti cuz they suck)

Actually I made an idea thread and I was the first one to bring it up,and then someone else made a thread and snk posted on the thread considering it. -_-  

I don't care who suggested it or thought of it if any of you wondered.
