Exactly. You have to practically get in someone's face to use it. So unless you have some kind of magical ability to warp up to someone you can't hit them. I'm not joking, I went all around the map and tested pretty much most combat situations for a while and in the end I couldn't hit anyone while I died countless times.

Take ozzy's challenge, come back here and then say the neo rifle is the worse gun.  

You don't need to be in someone's face to hit someone with neo. Neo is a pretty good gun. If you can't hit someone with it, then you lack skill. (no offense)

It irritates me when people say its the worst. No gun is the worst. Its possible to own any gun with any gun in the game. Hell just last week i took out a PBP with uzis.  

If anygun is the worst i think it would be starter pistols not neo rifle

I wish you people would realize how easy it is to dodge neo at any range besides ranges when guns make no sense and melees should be used DX

Get better aim,people say the gun is slow but they're dumbasses,it's actually quit fast with low freeze,but the 2 clip is the bad thing.Learn how to use it and stop hating on it. Just dodge there bullets and shoot where they're about to go..
