Boot up your computer in Normal Mode, and try to find out where the files related to RelevantKnowledge are located (try and locate the executables and .dll files, sometimes a registry search can reveal more related file locations). Do not delete these files, but take note of their folders and locations. Uninstalling the program will only temporarily fix it, the virus may resurface again a few days later. Boot up your computer in Safe Mode, and then manually find each of those files and remove them this way. |
