When you identify it should only grant you access to the account you're trying to enter instead of merging stats. It would require both end permission, and would "swap" them in a sense but wouldn't allow you to access that account unless another both-ends identify was granted. For account merging it should be done directly by staff to prevent theft, sellings and scammings.

There was one who did in this case. Same person who got Voyage back for Kendema. I quote from the persons status directly (In-game named is "Squiggles"):



I don't know the full story. I've been asking both Sour and Squiggles about it and it's hard to understand the situation. Now obviously I don't think I should contact the staff who did this since it seems like a personal matter, but according to Squiggles he did offer support in getting her account back.

Another person who has stats that arent his is Albus. Albuse's stats are not his at all.

Well..uh Rufus already said everything. In my opinion, I don't think they should get banned for transferring accounts unless if the other player was selling the account to them for irl money. Also if they hacked it too. For all the players that have merged accounts, if they were your friend, why would you even take their accounts even if they "quit"? Seriously, you obviously care more about your stats than your friends >:|.

So if I transferred my acct to twilit here he suddenly has 700k kills that's legal since I allowed it? Lol
