Lame. This *Matt guy says he's been doing that since 2001 but it seems like he started few months ago. He's so not ready and not tidy. He completely made iZone look ridiculous although the rest of the staff is great.

And btw, how did you get this chat? Did Mattkan give it to you? If he did that's sad. An ex iera staff and who wanted to be manager of a server that gives informations away... If i'm wrong sorry.

I wanted Poetic Folly to have an explanation because he was feeling quite down after he had been hired and then Matt turned around and basically told him he was no good and "unhired" him.

It wasn't a misunderstanding and I never agreed to that. Matt's just saying that to cover his ass.

But... what's the point of this thread? If they aren't willing to run a good PR team, then they won't get a good PR team. Obviously Matt isn't a good leader of that team, but nobody seems to care on the staff team so why should anybody else. People will still apply to work there, and the server will still have the decent playercount it has now--it's just the boundary between decent and great, but if they don't want to pass that boundary then they don't have to. I don't see why anybody else cares, though. I can understand why Poetic Folly posted this; Poetic did nothing wrong yet Matt gave him the middle finger and made him look bad. If Poetic is worried about this ruining his reputation, though, he doesn't have to be--it's clear nobody holds it against him.

I don't see any point in continuing this thread.  

I'm not taking sides here as it could affect me in the future, but all this thread caused is another flame war.
