You should make a job where you have to pick up dead bodies and you use a black garbage bag to pick them up. Hey it still is gangster themed right?  

Jea and add detectives which have to find out who killed who... would be a life job...  

I don't play iPhone Era but I kind of like this idea, to expand on it a little more you could go to a local mafia boss who hires you to get rid of bodies. Throwing them off of the bridge or into sewers ect.

Exactly what if you don't pick them up? there's dead graalians laying all over the streets what they need is a specified NPC that takes damage and use him instead so itd be a hitman job.  

Yeah that basically what I meant. But they kinda randomly appear like ammo.
