Jolteon is really nice.
And get a lopunny. teach it return and max its friendship.

Jolteon has a great sp. attack.

It is fragile though, and has a nice speed, so more often than not, it hits first. My Jolteon has volt absorb so it gets healed from electric attacks, it would be nice against electric lady... I think.
