Are you stupid? These are from your site and we are allowed to post them on forums on our posts. We're not even doing anything that's violating copyright material, you are.  

Send the results to me in a message guys, loose crow here is gonna try to delete all the ones you post in the thread to try to stop us from putting a end to this graphic-thief-haven of a site.  

Technically all of the heads, bodies, etc. on the website are stolen as Graal ultimately owns them. I mean, yeah, we think of all the players owning their own heads, and it is obviously socially unacceptable for others to take another person's head, but legally, all content uploaded to Graal servers is the property of GraalOnline, therefore all heads, bodies, shields, swords, and hats uploaded to that site are stolen.

I'm not actually too good with this legal stuff, but here is the End User License Agreement that may or may not help you. (Can who knows more about this come and post please?)

Here is the "Rules for Playerworlds" posted by Bell on the main forums that can probably help you. (See below)

* All files uploaded to a server immediately become the property of GraalOnline. Usage rights are granted to the server on which the files were uploaded. Consequently staff may not remove any of their work from the server upon quitting or otherwise leaving their position.

Link to the pages on the site that use the stolen images, send links to the GraalOnline documents, making notes on which part is the most important, and I think you'll be good to go.

Tyler, I don't actually think the Pokemon heads count because they're not the actual heads being ripped. Dusty's posted a lot on these forums about how that doesn't break any copyright laws because it's just a redrawn version of the same head. (I think, can you please clarify)

You could have just changed to only put up graphics that you asked the creators for permission to post. If the owner hasn't given you permission to share the graphic, you shouldn't post it on your site. We told you to change. You ignored us. Now we take action.

Lol distributing copyrighted stuff is illegal. So you are distributing copyrighted material to in-game players to use and upload so therefore you are at fault.

if Graal claims all heads/bodies/etc that are uploaded as their property
then YOU are stealing them (through iFile or ssh'ing) and REDISTRIBUTING them by putting them on your site.

They're being uploaded to Graal and Graal is making money off it without the companys permission.

It's not the uploaders fault that you guys made a site where you put tons of graphics up without permission from the owners. You made a site with everyones work, you put it up without their consent, and now thieves use your site. You took guides and other things from players, and basically you and soulslayer have been horrible to other players. I don't care if its illegal. I care if its immoral. If I need to find illegal problems with the site to get it taken down then do be it.

Also a note to moderators. If something happens to this thread while I'm gone and you need to close it for some reason, please lock it, not delete, that way I can go and get the links on here later and include them in the email, preparing the rough draft and waiting for the other email about soulslayer-graal.info to be responded to,
