I assume you've identified yourself via email? If so unidentify yourself (log out of email), and you should have a secondary 'noob' account, use this account to practice sparring, and when you get good enough at sparring you can start to spar on your main email identified account.

OT: try pking towers for an hour, then try sparring. This always worked for me. |
