It's a glitch, I don't remember how to do it but something with lag and logging back off and on. Besides you can kill him anyways

Cuz of the PBP's or cuz it wont let you kill him..

Thats lag. Sometimes you can run into rooms without anything loading and walk into the area where the vault is. When everything loads the player will be there. You can still kill them though.

Its due to lag. When they do that theyre abusing lag which can result in a jail etc.
Should report anyone you see abusing lag.
