Did you make sure you were right next to the ec and that you went to the right one? There are 30 spots I think and they are even distributed between players so you and your friend probably won't have the same one.  

Are you sure you're going to the right spot and not any spot where you see a EC upload star, the reason why I ask this is because some people still haven't realised its unique to each player.

If this isn't the case for you then I recommend deleting and re downloading graal (it's a pain I know.)

I bet his friend pms him there's ec uploads and gets on he tries to upload and won't work because he never got pm just a thought

That's what I was thinking, too. People who rely on Ec uploads and friends telling them when there is one are the reason I like the new uploading system.

Maybe someone is hacking your account.Try revoking access or change your email password.Never give your email to anyone.
