The reason we can't let everyone upload is because we get a lot of material that isn't reasonable for uploading. Things like copyrighted shields and innapropriate material would become rampant.

upload everything a complete custom look, BUT comes with a price? 30k for a Hat, 5k for shoes? even your own patters on meelee, 20k for meelee and a scsrf 3?
