No, I mean, you wouldn't need a website, you would just need a microphone or someone willing to be the speaker. You could just write the script.

My classmates are annoyed with my "Narrator Voice" they say it sounds like an audio recording from one of those "read-along" books. Lol, but the teacher loves it.
