Custom Head Problem

hi my name is Heinzz on graal era i recently bought a custom made head. it has taking the 20,000 gralats from my account and is in my edit profile option. I can wear the head on my profile but when i click back it does not let me wear it. I am wondering why this is happening.

Was your problem solved by any chance on Era-go? I saw it and when I went to write a response to the question it seemed an administrator on era-go deleted the forum or you had (not sure). Anyways, I had the exact same problem on iClassic, except O was having the problem with changing my colors. It would just reset them back to the colors I had before changing them like the problem you are having with your head. Try un-identifying, deleting and reinstalling the app. After I did those things the problem was fixed for me, hopefully this will solve your problem too.

Just meet admin in game and he will fix this
