6 sentences isn't an essay, you'll learn that once you get past middleschool, don't worry.  

Sparring is dead because me and my friends aren't good at it and we can't achieve high positions on a leaderboard. Everyone please agree with me and deny that others are able to have fun sparring.  

I love how I didn't even mention any specific members of (everyone) yet you automatically know that I was referring to Sarah and Abood. Sarah isn't much of a problem though. Yes she delays; as you said she cannot help it. But Abood on the other-hand does not only delay, but he also warps worse than online/offline when he abused lag back in 2010. It's bad enough that (Sage) lost to (everyone) although the rules stated that if a single member of a team were to be disqualified the entire team would also be disqualified. Abood was disqualified; however, (everyone) was not. Plus 7mood was delaying more than 4 seconds at one point. I believe it was also recorded. If you're delay goes from less than a second to 4 seconds it isn't his location on this planet to blame. I'm not even going to go into Sebastian or Jack Sparrow. Anyone who actually spars knows how bad their lag is. My point is sparring is a complete waste of time knowing that you'll never be able to get high streaks again because some frenchy decides to do a 180° to face the opposite way of their router and run a marathon distance away from their router before queuing up.

Sorry that you think that, but I'm still able to enjoy sparring and it isn't "dead" at all to me. Don't know what to tell you.

Also, if the entire premise of this thread was to again rehash and cry over Sage getting destroyed in the GST then just move on. Seriously? Some people on this server are so weird about the GST, putting gossip and drama about it in their status two months before it's even to be hosted. There is more to look forward to in life. Like the leaderboard, the GST proves almost nothing. Dunno why Graal is about proving yourself rather than having fun for you kids.

I guarantee I'm not the only person that feels the way I do. The inactivity of players who actually play the game instead of afk hugging their weekly girlfriend is at an all-time high. Many guilds made up of "pro" sparrers are slowly dying; some already dead; because no one wants to deal with all of the b.s. taking place in the spar rooms.  

Admins are not going to outlaw lag. Admins aren't going to ban everyone who isn't American. Admins aren't going to formulate some genius way to determine if lag is natural or if it isn't. Complaining about it is literally not going to do anything, so my suggestion is that you guys either adapt to it or quit Graal.

As far as guilds dying, I'm pretty sure that has more to do with terrible leadership and cowardly, desperate members. Nothing to do with these guys delaying in spars. Do you want to give any specific examples?  

Quit graal? Easier said then done. As for specific examples, specific examples of what?

Well for one (Sage) has basically given up on participating in another gst because of the utter bull **** loss. Many members of Ruthless such as Blake and me have quit due to it (resulting in qes absolutely giving up on Ruthless). But this time qes can't run off and pretend to be the returning spiderman since we all know the truth now. But that's for another thread. No one wants to deal with all the lag anymore. It 's become ridiculous. The only active sparrers anymore are the laggy ones.
