Graal Admin question?

Hey guys, my friend want to apply to be an Admin and wanted me to ask a question.

Do you get paid for being an admin? Also are there any special procedures to go through with this? Like Facebook look up and stuff...

I want to be an admin for pr myself, but I don't have enough hours/kills/spar that the team probably won't even be interested.

Admins do not get paid, except from some gralats per month that goes into your account, but no special procedures really happen.

You get paid, however not in real money. Servers give you Gralats, and as far as I know, iEra gives you monthly VIP+1-2 Event Coints. I don't know how other iOS servers pay, but usually you get 300 Gelats aswell added monthly on iOS servers. PC servers usually do not pay you, however that's up for a manager/the management itself to pay or not, I know some who get paid for scripts/GFX they do at Graal.

Yea you dont get paid and yes, you get a back up check. Maybe not the one you think tho. What job wouldnt do back up checks?

U need a lot of hours and it's relevant to have kills probably too, my cousin is a really awesome graaler. Could probably kill everyone in the game if he wanted. He uses a gun that deals 10 damage regular and he's and admin so his guns do more damage. He is also part of a group called fast kill. REALLY hard to get into. It's on classic.
