I heard that everyone whos played gta online in october will get 250k, but then only the people who had trouble playing the first day will be getting the other 250k. Is that true? or will everyone whos played in october get 500k?

I believe everyone gets the 500k playing in October.

What makes me mad is how bad the rhino is. Its absolute trash, in san andreas, vice city and 3 i could go on 20 minute rhino rampages without being blown up. Now i go out for 3 minutes and the rhinos exploded.

Really? I can last pretty long in free roam in the Rhino. Granted there hasn't been an update that nerfed it since I played last, which was maybe a week ago.

And I agree with Dusty. It's like walking on eggshells. Cops getting called in for ever little thing you do is annoying. Sometimes you gets cops on you for no ****ing reason.

Oh yeah cops are terrible and anal, I once tied to play fetch with chop and the ball hit a guy acidentaly and i got a star. Wtf. Im just glad though that its not like gta 3 and vice city where the cops try to run you over and ram your barricades, or my favorite, when you get hit by a rhino and a bunch of cops charge when your on the ground and they touch the rhino and blow up and kill anything thats in the blast radius except for the rhino.

Thats a serious crime, thats vandalism and discharging a weapon in public.

In GTA5 cops works via someone calling you in. Basically if an NPC sees you do something they will call the police with their cellphone, which sends out a single cop to investigate, and then that cop calls in backup when they find you.

However, they're just way too picky. I don't know if many people remember when GTA3 got popular, but one of the major factors that made it fun is that typically the cops weren't all over you for petty crap. When GTA3 came out, I think the other competitive game at the time was Driver... and cops in that came after you for EVERYTHING. Literally, the game expected you to follow the same laws you do in real life. Drive on the wrong side of the road? Police. Run a stop light... police. GTA3 changed that, for the better.

I'm not saying GTA5 is overbearing, I'd consider it a nitpick... but I just wish every little thing didn't send everyone into a panic of chaos and the cops being called. I also wish that running from the cops didn't raise your level either. That's just stupid. Of COURSE I'm going to run.  

I found it amusing in the old games when I murdered someone quietly in an obscure, dark alley in the corner of town, and the second I do, five cops turn the corner, guns blazing.
