Firing Weaponry while Jetpacking?

I was basing in Conquest when I saw this guy firing his chain gun and ghost rifle while riding a Jetpack.
Is this suppose to be like this? It seems quite overpowered.

Guy in bottom left corner was shooting with a ghost rifle while on a jetpack.
Not really good evidence, but I'm dead serious. He was firing while on a jet pack.

Yes, this is a bad glitch. I know how to do it, too.
You enter spring lobby on jetpack with weapon equiped, that's how.

Ah. I seen some immature fella raging at me while flying his jetpack(which he pack for) and spamming me all his best guns.
He was like 'NOOB MY STREAK'.
And then he won countless of hard races by using jetpack...

If you enter a bot event with a jet pack on, the system will kick you and you will not receive a refund for the event fee.
