My question are the odds of getting a trick or treat constant? Some one I talked to claimed he got 22 hats and only 2 tricks. Then my best friend only has enough candy for 8 trick-or-treats: 6 tricks, 2 treats were both low-value gralats. |

50/50 chance of trick or treat. This does not change. The rate of getting prizes(gralats vs hats vs items) is also constant and does not change. This rate does not change between NPCs either, all chances are constant.
