I'm considering jailbreaking my iPad 2...

Although...

I've heard some skeptical reviews about this new jailbreak.

What do you guys think?

From my time fooling with it, Mobile Substrate and Preferences Loader simply are broke. I'm doing a restore to 7.0.4 and I'm going to go through the jailbreak again, but this time I will wait for substrate to be updated, then I'll fix PrefLoader. It will most likely be sorted out in a few days.

Well, after a restore and a computer update to 7.0.4 and a re-jailbreak, I believe that the problem lied deeper than I thought and had to do with updating to an earlier firmware via wifi.

In other words, theres problems but they'll be fixed before you know it. The jailbreak's good to go.

I've jailbroken my iPhone 4. Seems to work good. A lot of cydia apps doesn't work but that's expected. Updated versions will probably roll out soon enough.

I've jail broken my brothers' iPad, it got bricked and stuck on the Apple Logo, then I installed the IPSW file and restored from it, tried again and it worked...

The issue was caused due to updating on the air, where you should update via iTunes.

I had issues after the jailbreak so I just updated via computer and rejailbroke. No problems anymore.
