Nonetheless Cassie is not a developer. She's a Zone Patrol Admin. Her PM's should never be friends only. I can see a busy developer doing that but as a ZPA it is part of your job to answer questions.

Why do you even afk or stay on your client while you're busy when being a ZP? I don't get that.

(As Desire said, she was 'activly speaking to her guildies'[her friends probably]. I can't imagine her being too busy with all her developibg and planning while doing this, zzZ.)

I agree. Simply.

Zone Patrols go out and help people and other staff, they shouldn't be doing anything else unless they have another position, such as working on GFX, or coding while patrolling partially around iZone.

You shouldn't set your pms to friends only after somebody pms you with a problem they are experiencing it's your job to help them.

Preach it brother! Honestly though, you should never set anyone on ignore or have it set to friends only. I've been told numerous times by some people to simply just put a harassing player on ignore, but that shouldn't be so, as they might actually need help in the future, and you as a ZP/GP/PR are obligated to help them anyways. Which is why I support actively jailing/banning players that harass staff constantly for small amounts of time, rather than setting them to ignore. At least that's what I was always taught to do on Era, and it worked out quite well.

This is one thing I disagree with. As a ZP, you should have you tag on publicly and as often as possible (Whether it be ZP, Lurking, or what have you). It lets players know who's available to help them, and who they direct their questions to. We do this on Era and it's a tremendous help to any newbies that come.  

Cassie afk's because she does dev work; or is communicating to other staff outside of client. And I really wouldnt complain about that as if she didnt do dev work the server wouldnt have half the content it does.. As for the pms off thing I have no idea whats going on; I cant even turn my PMs off and all im supposed to do is make graphics and tell people what to do lol (no PR work).

As for staff not working, you are 100% wrong, almost every dev you message will respond; even if they were workin when you messaged them. And I dont know what you are referring to by abuse of power, NO ONE on the ZP team does, and Ive given every GFX staff ive hired a lengthy talk explaining how they may use their staff tools, and that they will be fired if they fail to use them properly.

Keep in mind I'm mostly talking in terms of Graphics and Dev Staff; as I am not completely knowledgable in what the ZP Team does.

But Cassie is a ZPA nonetheless. If she cannot answer questions make her a Developer Admin rather then a Zone Patrol Admin. As long as she wears the ZPA tag it is her job to answer questions.

1. I did not complain about any of the staff members abusing there powers.

2. If all she does is dev then make her a developer. She's a terrible zone patrol

oh doesn't this sound familier.... oh yeah, sam and making gun graphics instead of balancing guns thats right.  

If no other ZP's or staff are available, search my name using the Eurocenter search option. I'm on most of the time and I answer every single pms. I usually ignore things such as hi, can you host or can I have a doll. So make sure to ask the question in the first pm, instead of asking to ask a question! It would help and make it easier the first time.  

or just look in the god damn guide, has everyone forgot about the guide and how that answers all in game questions on how to find stuff (your map is also a guide to find stuff, use it) and has everyone forgot that ZP moderate the game, answer questions that are account related (exp transfer, itunes didn't purchase that stuff not wheres the gun shop? Questions), and keeps a healthy relation with players and staff.  

I haven't been online recently due to vacation, but I can assure you the other ZPs don't seem to afk. When I am logged on I occasionally walk away to do necessities (going to the bathroom, getting food, etc.) as we all need to do them. Some of the reasons why we cannot immediately answer your pms are because we may be checking reports, busy with helping another player, or are simply unavailable. I, sometimes, feel as though I would like to put Pms from friends only on due to all the players asking for events and for my doll. But like DraGun I am happy to help, just search my name in euro center if no one else is online.
