You then spend your whole time blocking people instead of taking the base.  

Takes about 5 seconds to permanently block someone, you can base multiple times and have several members so I don't see the issue, you would prevent all future spam as well which saves more time.

That statement did make you sound a bit try hard to be honest.

How did you come to that conclusion?  

You are so into basing, that instead of taking 5 seconds to fix an issue you really dislike you won't do it because you don't want to stop basing for half a minute.

Wait how did 5 seconds become half a minute?
It isn't just rare occasions it is very frequent. You act like it never happens but anyone who spars bases streaks or just pks will know how frequent it is.  

being someone who has based and sparred pretty damn efficiently in the era community, and being someone who just gets spammed in general, it really isnt that hard to block people or simply turn on pm's from friends only/ignore invites as I normally do when I am busy

Ha considering you where the leader of voyage, one of the worest 1k guilds, you can not say anything  

You don't need to base terribly to not know anything about it.  

Seeing as I ran the number one/two gang on iEra for the first year of its release and it's still in like the top 20's despite me not having played actively in over a year, I think I know a thing or two about basing.
