Ok this is going a bit off topic lol, any suggestions for this idea?

Global chat has no real purpose in Graal given that there's no trading or anything. And there's lots of crowded areas you can go to if you want to socialize with random people. And above all else, it just doesn't feel like Graal.

Back to the topic at hand, I think there should still just be one "PM history" icon on the menu, but clicking it would open a menu that has 3 tabs: regular PM history, Guild Message History, and Admin PM history. I think that would be best way to lay it out, assuming these thing do get added.

True for classic, but era and zone would prob ahoy make good use of it when it comes to trading.

no thanks, I'd rather not have more of my personal messages stored on the server for anyone to see in the event that a staff member is weird or the server gets hacked
