2 days ago, I was jailed for 24 hours, for ''Hacking - Frame rate hack''.
I knew I haven't done anything, so I sent a ticket on graal support website. Ace answered me that jails are IP based and that if someone near me was jailed, it would also jail me, because we would have the same IP.
I accepted waiting the 24 hours, even if I haven't done anything.
Today, after waiting the jail to end, I got jailed, again, for the same reason, but now for 48 hours. I won't accept it, I needed to buy a custom head and body, in 48 hours, the 50% reduction will be done.
So I was wondering, where to make a jail appeal?
My In-game name is Toxy'.  

Toonslab.com I'm pretty sure.  

I tried.
They ignored my thread, for now.

I explained everything I could. The status of my thead is 'Viewed' but there is not any answer.

The status of my ticket is now ''Resolved'' and I did not get any answer, and I am not unbanned.

If it says resolved then it will either be resolved soon, or you'll never been unbanned. Maybe you did do something that caused the ban, but i'm not to judge.

I also searched your name but it's no longer there.. maybe it's in the middle of being resolved.  

Why did you searched my name? When someone is banned he's name get replaced by ''Jailed''.
They will never send me a reply.
It's annoying. I will miss the 50% reduction because of it.

I searched your name yesterday and it appeared, so what you said is half right. I also searched your name because you decided to state what your in-game name within the forums, so why not; i was curious.  

IP Addresses are basically "Per-House". Your IP Address won't be the same as your neighbor's, ever. If you share your WiFi with a friend though, and your friend gets jailed, anybody else that logs in on the same WiFi will be jailed as well.

Anyway, I don't have any friends who play graal.
I think it's a problem with my computer.
Is there any ways I can be unjailed before the end of the 48 hours?

What makes you think that?  

I've played from phone for more then 40 hours, I have never been jailed.
The first time I played from computer (in order to type faster when someone ask me a question), after around 1 hour of playing, I got jailed.
I did wait the 24 hours, because Ace told me it could be someone else.
When it was done, I restarted playing from computer, a guy called alex asked me to follow him, he had a question, I did followed him on the map for around 3 minutes, then got jailed.
From phone, it did never happen.
