That actually means that either ur device or ur internet router is crappy.It only affects YOUR FPS on ur device... not the whole packeting.

Your device is outdated for ios 8 Graal. I saw this happening to my friend while skyping him. He said everything was fine and was able to see what I say or do, but he was the only one froze on the screen.
It has to do with your ****ty uploading speed(internet speed) and device. rofl

I think this thread is becoming pointless... It's common sense to move to pc with less lag... what are you going to do about her wifi? nothing. Lets move on lol.
