didn't try the Secret Santa thing at the church yet, but if it does what I assume it does (automatically pairs you with a G4G partner) then that's pretty cool

It's not mandatory to gift someone else. You're given the option to do so.

Eh you could make an argument that, by participating in the festivity of Christmas, you provide tacit consent to agree to a social contract of sorts that requires you to play by the common rules of said holiday, i.e. giving gifts to others in exchange for receiving gifts from yourself. Giving yourself gifts and still expecting gifts from others would be a violation of this. Also it makes you seem like an asshole.

Could you please remove the day limit for exchanging gifts through secret santa? I gifted everyone in my friendlist, I already exchanged all 10 of them by secret santa and I still have 50 gifts left on my inventory. I don't feel like doing G4G with strangers.

Who would give gifts to random strangers in the first place? If you dont want to get scammed, gift your friends, and do secret santa. Its the players fault for gifting random people.
