I'd rather contact toonslab or toonslob, these idiots do jack**** about graal they are blind, they don't know how much potential this game has yet they neglect it. Those who enjoy the game suffer (they put actual money into this game) with the lack of content, laggy ass server and the staff aren't even paid.

I hope one day Unixmad the bread lover gets a big French stick right up his arse.

wassup dudes. i'll annoy u with another topic today.

feedback system. there's nothing really wrong.
but it'd be cooler if we can specify more into different topics.
one for suggestions, one for complaints and one for glitches.
I don't really write anything on feedback other than suggestions.
I just end up forgetting about all the complains or glitches I found before.

Feedback Sections:

Suggestions - obvious, u write any suggestions for the game.

Complaints - if u have personal complains about the game, but u don't really wanna report somebody for this, u just write it here.

Glitches - any errors, glitches u find that must be fixed right away. u write here.


Extra suggestion: display my graal id in Identify section instead of feedback section?

Meh. How about using the forums instead. I hate to break it to you, but there's no point using the feedback system.

I mean using a forum isn't a bad idea, but if it's a small idea, complains, glitches I think it's easier for them to read right off there and fix it right on.

rioting eh, nah
graalians forum is useful
pming admins okay, as long as u are asking the right question.
using feedback should be important... but people use it for 'make this dood admin', 'oh open nexus, rev'...
contact toonslab isn't a bad choice. but most people just use it for unban purpose. not many suggestions or glitch fix etc

I have never heard of anyone using "toonslab" before, I usually email [email protected] or use the forums.

Pm-ing admins sometimes results in a block *cough* Xor *cough*. But feedback should be used/monitored way more often.  

I read feedback the entire time I'm online, but you're going to be hard-pressed to see staff like GPs caring about it since they can't do anything about most of the feedback.

But I also read pretty much all suggestions/bugs on these forums as well.  

Is feedback recorded in any way, or are staff only able to see feedbacks that were written the same time they are online?

The latter. I have no interest to sit and read an entire days worth of feedback every day either.
