I would recommend you go to sleep early and deeply think about the dream you want. Having a lack of sleep can sometimes deprive you of your dreams. Consistently have an early sleep. Also if you all notice in Inception that spinning equipment piece Leanardo DiCaprio constantly uses is something to tell the difference between reality and a dream world. To be able to have freedom in your dream and to do whatever you want you need to first realize it's a dream. For me I know i'm dreaming when ridiculous things happens but sometimes dreams can appear so real you can't do that. I have read somewhere if you look at your hands during a dream they seem blurry. Also if you pinch yourself during a dream or something you can tell easily. To try and control everything what you're thinking well your dreams are based on what your subconscious is thinking so if you can try really hard and think about it alot to the point your subconscious thinks it then you will be able to dream it. Also there could be a possibility that you dream but you don't remember it. You can truly tell if you dream or not by seeing if you feel very tired during the day. If you aren't getting sleep it's really bad for your body since your sleeping cycle isn't completing. |

They say eating cheese before bed can make you have lucid dreams. I can't remember off the top of my head if its specific type of cheese though

When I was little, around 5-9, I usually dream a lot. But somehow, whenever I drink water or doing something that releases water in my dream, my body starts to urinate |

I've never dreamt anymore for 1-2 years now I once had control but mostly, didn't.Most of my dreams were locked in a small room with short walls that once I peek out, I see monsters rolling in the vacuum (space) then warped to a game. You have to fill in all blocks in 10 secs, it made me cry because the voices I hear was my mom moaning, wait, no. My mom shouting that I was disgrace to the family, because my mom supports me much. Also, I once dreamt about the girl who liked me, but I don't like her. In school, I always wait for my sister to go home with her, but whenever I wait, she comes to me and stalks, ew. So the dream was, we were at a platform, with stairs, like in such apartments, she confessed her love to me and kissed me, and my crush saw us and ran. I suddenly woke up at 2 am, crying. I also cried after I woke up to a dream that I was eating snakes. |

You gotta do reality checks constantly while you are awake. If you do it enough you begin to perform reality checks in dreams, which can lead to lucid dreaming. Also keeping a dream diary helps you remember more stuff. |

I actually had a long sequence of really bizarre dreams last night, but I'm not gonna go into it. I think it may have resulted from having a hot room, and not eating / sleeping much the previous day. |
