Guild houses.
I have been looking for an FAQ to tell me what the benefits of having a guild house are but I can't seem to find one. Do you get any benefits aside the house itself?

You can earn gralats from Pyrat quests and buy them with gralats. It's only 12500 gralats. People like me use it just for spar arena. |

The fact that they have a large grass patch for farming is the main usefulness or practical benefit. Some have more grass than others. Some have more rooms than others for storing furniture. Also, there's some kind of tower rush technique that can be executed when you invite your guild members to the guild house and then kick them all at once... What else to use it for? Hosting parties or games... pretty much anything you could use a house for, actually... cept it's bigger. |

From the selection of guild houses: -Most have a plot of ~40 grass tiles for better farming (even the swamp player house has less grass and its not lined up in a rectangle) -All guild houses have a very large outdoor level + 3 large rooms (compared to player houses that only have one small indoor level) -Some guild houses have an extra 4th small room (cave, under bridge) -2 or 3 guild houses have a practice spar room -You can "open" your guild house so guild members/allies can enter without an invite (but its not public like player houses are) It's only worth the $5 investment if you actually plan on using it. I see a lot of people who have guild houses but have zero furniture inside. |
