You have not explored graal much have you.
I think this was the main reason it was added, so players can explore graal more instead of just doing the same things everyday. Also, check back in this thread, it may have been answered.  

Does anyone know were this area could be?

Outdated map pic. On the path that takes you to the body shop. Just look for the bushes that match the tree. The other stuff is gone and it's replaced by swamp grass.
