I think its a good thing to put some hats as limited

this way you don't see everyone wearing the same hats when they come out. Also making some hats limited gives players a good motive to camp out side the hat stands instead of graal city for once!!

So the galaxy wings aren't coming back? Also does anyone know if the hats are restocked randomly, or around the same time every day?

They restock at 8:30pm everyday for me.

Don't know if this always happens , at leat it did today. When the hats were restocked it appeared in white bold writing at the bottom of the screen indicating they have been restocked. This was roughly at 2:30 GMT TIME ZONE
