my ol west account, someone currently stole my ol west account and i cant get back somehow they got my email.

some admin please help....... i spent all my time in this

On iZone, my account got hacked with very very very rare stuff.
The only thing the staff did is giving me back my squad with 400h after monthes of fight.

Also, if you lost the account because the e-mail was stolen then you must of handed out some sort of information for this to happen, and you should also easily be able to recover your own e-mail.

So you have access to the e-mail? Once an account is identified it can't change the identification e-mail.

Have you checked the spam folder in your e-mail account or any other type of folders you have set-up?  

thats the guy i seen yesterday saying he was selling his account for a era account

YOUR IN LUCK PROBABLY!! if u get account back you will have all your items and money because trade system is not working. So there's no way he can transfer the items to another account... also say he did get your email.. when u log in from another device don't u have to go into your emails and confirm access for that device..only way he can log in is if he had access to your email with password.. which idk why u gave out your password.....

Selling accounts or server-crossed trading can and WILL get you banned.
