My Transformation (Calisthenics)
Yoooo! So yeah, I like to do other things outside of Graal (Omg). One of those things is Calisthenics/Street workouts/Crossfit. Basically for those that don't know calisthenics is basically workouts which involve strength, balance, and core control. This means not lifting weights other than your bodyweight. Of course, you can add weight on later on, but for beginners you don't. In 2013-2014 I was really small in size, probably 109 lbs 5'6" and was really insecure about my body. I would go swimming with shirts on, wouldnt go to the gym, just basically covering up all of me. (tldr; I was REALLY skinny.) Now, I am sure that there are a lot of people on here who are in this exact spot and always look for ways to get ripped, or just think they can't get any bigger at all. I thought the same. But the day that changed this all was when I was motivated to start calisthenics. Some people start things and expect results in a week, well no, you need to be dedicated for months and even years. As of now (2015) I am 5'10" and weigh 157 lbs with a body percentage of 3%, this is PERFECTLY fine for what I do. In fact, most athletes body percentage is really low. But, I'm all muscle due to how dedicated I was. No supplements - ever. TLDR; I made a video of a small bit of how I changed. You can watch it if you want. I will be posting more videos some weeks from now with routines and such.

Great job, 3% is pretty impressive even for your bw. Do you do any workouts outside of calisthenics? Also whats your max for pullups? |

Niceee. I really need to get into working out. I needa get my lazy ass up. And good job with no supplements. I think using those is ******ed but whatevs GG

But every so often I do increase my reps and sets to an insane amount. (Like 500 pushups a day, 200 pullups, etc.) My max for pullups is 46 non stop, but that was last checked a few weeks back. (This is without weight added.) My max for pushups is 108 non stop (which is not that good to me now.) I'm starting to slowly add weight to everything - 45 lbs to be exact, and divide all my reps by 2.

Damn. This kind of motivates me to work out if I bought some home work out stuff. My max for push-ups is 42 and that was last year. Now I only get like 35 for push-up test at school. Lol I needa work out more. Funny side note: One of my friends has a light that dangles from the ceiling and almost always you are like bound to hit your head on it if you don't pay attention. Anyways he had a sticky note on it saying if you hit your head on this you have to do 40 push-ups. Idk what this has to do with anything but thought maybe would give anyone ideas for something similar to that like perhaps if you open your junk food cabinet you have to do X Ammount of whatever. Idk lol |

I have an Xbox-360 and I rarely play, but when I do I do something like that haha. If I were playing COD or Halo, after every match I do 50 pushups. Hahahaha. And yeah dude! I'm glad it motivates. It's crazy because at my school lots of people ask what I do. |
