I don't use any equipment in real life. > Frogstands really work the shoulders and arms. > Pushups for chest + arms > Squats for legs >Pullups for arms, back, and core. You just have to spend some time of your own and look up new techniques, it's A LOT for me to list. |

When I started calisthenics I started at my local park (scaring little kids in the progress of my old shirtless body, hue hue.) You can even see a clip in my video of me doing my first muscle ups at my local park. |
