Every time I buy gralats I always get an error!! I'm passed!

I buy gralats 2-5 a month and every other time I always get this....

And then I have to email toonslab which takes forever an I always risk missing events or items!! If I showed u my toonslab tickets I have at least 10+ tickets from diffrent times having to get my gralats! But of course my money is always withdrawals from my bank acc...but never get my gralats...it's ridiculous...what can we do to fix this???????

Also I been playing ol since its first month and every time I pm Ace he has never once answered me, not even once, funny thing is he is communications guy lol. Please can a top dawg help me out after I write my ticket..I purchased the 10$ one but I wanna buy more but literally 2/10 I will actually receive the gralats. Anyone else get this problem a lot...if so what device u use .I use android.

Ace isn't communications admin for ol' west anymore, He know works for era I think.. Or maybe not at all.

I've had this problem once before, but on Era. Resolved it by, yes, emailing one of the admins (I forget which, as it's been over a year now) my "tickets," receipt, however you want to put it. Never happened again.

I'd keep trying to get ahold of someone who deals with that sort of thing on West, currently anyway, considering the other guy's moved on.

Also, next time, would you happen to have another device that you could try purchasing the packs on? Just a suggestion. Might work. *shrugs*

Communications Admin, does not mean he helps with questions in the game.

He helps with different languages for the game.

Why would you ask him if Deputy's are supposed to help players out.. But then again, most of them don't reply back anyways.

No skrtt. Ace, is one of the admins who reads tickets and all that. I don't think it has anything to do with language, i might be wrong. Although deputies are supposed to help, i don't think they can help with Purchases being failed, besides telling another admin, bcause they wouldn't have the power to.

Do another ticket mark and if u don't get a answer in 2 days then spam a sheriff or homeless witch to help or sue (honestly think you could if you arnt receiving your gralats and its taking your money but I reccomend just spam them till they answer)

Ace does read the tickets lol...maybe not anymore...but even when he was HE WOULD NEVER reply...

I go through this about 3x a month or more and still haven't gotten my gralats from 3 days ago...it's literally ridiculous

Deputies have no control over toon slab all deputies say is email support lol only lead admin can add gralats to your account but they not suppose to.

yeahh me too i bought two tiimes the 27500 graalats pack i bought two times but both tiems it said error and in my bank acc only one time my money was reduced.

Well if you want to be sure that it gets looked into, send an email with every single ticket in it and explaining it. I'm pretty sure that's a better way of making your point come across.

Sueing over this won't get you anywhere I think, mainly because they do give you the money or the gralats back after sending a ticket
